By accessing or using OFFGRID ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
OFFGRID is operated by ThanosNet Solutions FZE LLC, incorporated in the ANC Free Zone, UAE ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use OFFGRID. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use OFFGRID for personal, non-commercial navigation purposes.
Your licence is tied to 1 device. You may not use the same licence key on more than one device simultaneously.
A 24-hour free trial is available in the App without requiring payment or account registration. The trial provides full access to evaluate OFFGRID. One trial per device. Circumventing this limit — including through emulators, virtual devices, fingerprint spoofing, or VPNs — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent blocking of the device.
OFFGRID is available as a monthly subscription at the price stated on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is processed by Polar. All purchases are final — see our Refund Policy.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
All content, code, design, and functionality of OFFGRID is the exclusive property of ThanosNet Solutions FZE LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL licence. Routing is powered by OSRM. These are third-party services and their respective terms apply.
OFFGRID is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. See our full Disclaimer.
You must not use OFFGRID's share link feature to mark, share, or direct others to military installations, government-controlled facilities, or any area where access is restricted by law. Such use may violate local laws and regulations and is strictly prohibited under these Terms. Violation may result in immediate termination of your access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThanosNet Solutions FZE LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use OFFGRID, including but not limited to navigation errors, accidents, or data loss.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue OFFGRID at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation. Active subscribers will be notified via the in-app announcement system where reasonably practicable.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of OFFGRID after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
